How far in advance do I need to schedule appointments?
Valerian Day Spa suggests that you schedule appointments at least one week in advance for optimum availability; however we will strive to accommodate all last minute requests. 

When should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive as early as you would like, but no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. Please be advised that, regardless of your arrival time, your treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate all other guests. 

What should I wear for my spa services?
Valerian Day Spa will provide you with a chenille relaxation robe before your service. Please do not bring your valuables or lock them in a vehicle. Valerian Day Spa is not responsible for any missing or damaged items. 

How should I pay?
Valerian Day Spa accepts cash, credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) as forms of payment. We will accept personal checks with photo I.D. 

What is appropriate gratuity?
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on your satisfaction with your service. 15% to 20% of the service is common.
